This Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, But An Invitation To Market Dialogue For Potential Bidders. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments So That A Possible Future Tender Could Be Carried Out In An Appropriate Manner. The Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And Does Not Give, Offers. Comments And Additional Questions Presented To The Procurement Unit Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Procurement Entity To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information Or In The Market Dialogues. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender. Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Answering The Request For Information Or For Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue Event. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Offerers Position In The Actual Tender. In The Procurement Subject To Market Dialogue, Textbooks And Related Accompanying Materials (Printed Or Electronic) For Pre-Primary And Basic Education And For The Second Level Are Tendered For The Shareholders Of Sansia Oy. The Provider Must Offer A Finnish-Language, Electronic Ordering System For Use By Subscribers. It Is Hoped That The Following Topics Will Be Discussed In The Market Dialogue:- Scope Of The Product Selection; Are Special Materials Available- Pricing Criteria; Basic/Supplementary And Additional Orders With Different Conditions - Price Increase Conditions - Delivery Times And Conditions - Offered Order Systems And Their Training And Support - Other Issues That Will Come Up A Maximum Of 1.5 Hours Will Be Reserved For Market Dialogue / Supplier. The Bidder Can Register Either By E-Mail To [email protected] Or By Responding To This Request For Information. The Events Are Organized With A Teams Connection. There Are Both Subscribers And A Sansia Representative. Performance Times Are Allocated In The Order Of Registration, Overlap Bookings Are Negotiated If Necessary.
