The Tendered Contract Includes Total Consultancy In Connection With The Conversion And Expansion Of A Permanent Special School Department For Langagerskolen In Kolt At Kolt Skole, Which Will House The Oldest Pupils. The Project Aims To Create The Framework For A Permanent Satellite Department For The Already Existing Special School Langagerskolen. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Student Building As Well As The Remodeling And Modernization Of The Existing Buildings. Kolt Skole Was Originally Established For The General Area, And The School Therefore Requires Major Remodeling In Order To Meet The Needs Of The Target Group As Well As The Current Requirements For, Among Other Things, Indoor Climate, Fire Etc. It Is Expected That The Built-Up Area Will Amount To Approx. 1,850 M2 Distributed Over One Or More Building Volumes.
