Work Detail
Meters – Gas Meters With Deformable Walls Type G4 With Temperature Compensator. Gas Meters With Deformable Walls Type G4, Equipped With An Integrated Mechanical Device For Temperature Conversion, Having The Technical Characteristics Stipulated In The Specifications Related To This Procedure. Estimated Quantities: 1. Maximum Estimated Quantity Framework Agreement: 900,000 Pcs. 2. Estimated Minimum Quantity Framework Agreement: 300,000 Pcs. 3. Estimated Maximum Quantity Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 300,000 Pcs. 4. Estimated Minimum Quantity Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 100,000 Pcs. Revision Clause In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 236 Of Law No. 99/2016: Considering That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information, Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That These Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Entity Initially Establishes In The Documentation Of Award And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter May Be Smaller, Equal Or Larger Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Entity. In This Sense, Considering The Fact That The Effects Of The Framework Agreement Are Mainly Aimed At Establishing The Terms And Conditions That Govern The Public Procurement Contracts (Subsequent Contracts) To Be Awarded In A Certain Period, Especially With Regard To The Unit Price And, As The Case May Be, The Quantities Considered, The Contracting Entity Informs The Bidders That It Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation / Framework Agreement Up To The Maximum 50% Of The Maximum Amount Initially Estimated. The Price At Which The Products Can Be Additionally Purchased Based On This Revision Clause Is The One In The Financial Proposal That Is The Basis For Signing The Framework Agreement To Be Awarded (Adjusted Price, As The Case May Be, According To The Adjustment Formula Provided By The Specific Legislation). Time Period In Which This Option Can Be Used By The Contracting Entity: For The Entire Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement Based On This Review Clause Is Circumscribed To The Non-Substantial Modification Regulated By Art. 240 Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 99/2016, Having All The Elements Provided By Art. 2 Para. (1)-(2) From Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Considering The Revision Clause Above, The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Was Expressed In The Form Of A Range, Respectively: Estimated Value: 28,950,000 Euros, Without Vat - 43,425,000 Euros, Without Vat, Where The Minimum Value Of The Range (€28,950,000) Represents The Estimated Value
