Organizing And Conducting A Qualification Course For Driving License Category T For 10 Students From The Agricultural School Complex Of The Vocational Education Center In Pszczela Wola (Zs 3) As Part Of The Project Entitled Professionals Time Implemented Under The European Funds For The Lublin Voivodeship 2021-2027 Program, Priority Axis: 2024, Item 1802, As Amended): A) Certificates Of No Criminal Record Of The Persons Who Will Conduct Classes, Issued No Earlier Than 30 Days Before The Date Of Signing The Contract, And In The Case Of Persons With Citizenship Of A Country Other Than The Republic Of Poland - Information From The Criminal Register Of The Country Of Citizenship Obtained For The Purposes Of Professional Or Voluntary Activities Related To Contacts With Children; B) A Statement Of The Persons Who Will Conduct Classes About The Country Or Countries Where She Has Resided In The Last 20 Years, Other Than The Republic Of Poland And Her Country Of Citizenship, And At The Same Time Submitting Information From The Criminal Records Of These Countries Obtained For The Purposes Of Professional Or Voluntary Activity Related To Contacts With Children, Unless The Law Of This Country Does Not Provide For The Issuance Of Information For The Purposes Of Professional Or Voluntary Activity Related To Contact With Children - Information From The Criminal Register Of This Country.
