The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Implementation Of The Eod System Together With Its Integration In The It System, As Well As Other Obligations Arising From The Tender Documents, Aimed At Enabling The Use Of The Eod System By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Agreement - The Whole Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.
