And Coordinating Project Activities.2. The Scope Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Comprehensive Management Of The Project And Coordination Of Project Activities To The Extent To Be Implemented By The Project Coordinator; 2) Legal Services For The Project By Coordinating The Preparation And Conduct Of All Necessary Public Procurement Proceedings In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 1320, As Amended);3) Substantive And Technical Support To Be Implemented By The Project Coordinators Assistant For Substantive And Technical Matters.
