The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Mechanical Wet Sweeping Of Municipal Roads With Hardened Surfaces In The City And In Rural Areas, As Well As Bicycle Paths In The Jarocin Commune, Together With The Management Of Waste Code 20 03 03 Generated As A Result Of The Service Provided. This Is A Basic Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. The Implementation Of The Basic Scope Of The Task Regarding Mechanical Wet Sweeping Of Municipal Roads With A Paved Surface In The Very Center, The Entire City And In Rural Areas, As Well As Bicycle Paths In The Jarocin Commune, Together With The Management Of Waste Generated As A Result Of The Service Provided, Will Consist In: 1) Mechanical Sweeping Of Municipal Roads With A Paved Surface Along The Curbs And Islands Channeling Traffic With A Width Of Min. 0.5 M,2) Mechanical Sweeping Of Curbside Sewage/Concrete Channels Along With Part Of The Road To A Width Of Min. 0.5 M, 3) Mechanical Sweeping Of Areas Closed To Traffic, 4) Mechanical Sweeping Of The Entire Surface Of Bicycle Paths, 5) Management Of Waste With Code 20 03 03 Generated As A Result Of The Service Provided. Estimated Length Of Roads And Bicycle Paths To Carry Out The Works: 175.00 Km (175,000.00 M). The Scope Of The Works (I.E. Location, Completion Date And Length Of The Section Of The Road Or Bicycle Path On Which The Works Will Be Performed) Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party According To The Current Needs Of The Works, Consisting In Mechanical Sweeping Of Municipal Roads. The Order Is Covered By An Option Right Regarding The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Kilometers Of Municipal Roads With A Hard Surface, I.E. Roads Located In The Very Center Of The City, Municipal Roads Throughout The City And Municipal Roads In Rural Areas, As Well As Bicycle Paths On Which The Mechanical Wet Sweeping Service Will Be Provided By 70 Km. The Option Right Also Concerns The Possibility Of The Ordering Party Ordering Regular Detours Of The Road Surfaces In The Very City Center With A Mechanical Sweeper. Wet Sweeping Once Every Two Weeks. The Total Length Of Roads In The City Center Covered By The Service, Taking Into Account That There Will Be A Maximum Of 12 Detours During The Duration Of The Contract, Will Not Exceed 70 Km. (The Above-Mentioned Roads In The Center Are Specified In The Swz And Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement). The Implementation Of This Scope Of The Task Will Consist In Carrying Out Mechanical Wet Sweeping Of Roads In The Very Center Of Jarocin With A Hardened Surface Along The Curbs And Islands Channeling Traffic With A Width Of At Least 0.5 M. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Exercising The Option Right Is Not Obligatory.
