Specification Of Requirements Set By The Ordering Party: 1) Hotel Of A Minimum Three-Star Category Awarded On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship To Classify The Hotel Into The Appropriate Category Pursuant To Article 38 Of The Act On Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided.2) The Hotel Is Located At A Maximum Distance Of 2000 M (Walking Distance) From The National Forum Of Music, Pl. Wolności 1, 50-071 Wrocław - The Above Distance Will Be Checked Using Google Maps.3) Each Room Has A Separate Bathroom, Wireless Internet Connection, A Set Of Towels.4) Breakfasts Are Served In The Form Of A Buffet, And Their Cost Is Included In The Room Price.5) The Facility Has A 24-Hour Reception With An Employee.6) The Hotel Has A Parking Lot Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Hotel.3) As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects To Implement A Pool Of 800 Room Nights (Nights), Which Also Included The Estimated Number Of Room Night Reservations To Be Made In The Working Mode As Detailed Below:1) 24 Nights In Single Rooms, Resulting From The Planned Demand (Table 1);2) An Estimated 596 Nights In Single Rooms To Be Determined In The Working Mode;3) 180 Nights In Twin Double Rooms Resulting From Planned Demand (Table 1).
