The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Tasks Including: • Psychological Diagnosis For Project Participants • Work On The Skills And Social Competences Of Project Participants, • Work On Coping With Stress And Overcoming Life Problems, • Conduct Counseling In Accordance With The Principle Of Equal Opportunities, • Preparation Of Opinions About The Participant, Documentation, Among Others. Diagnostic Tests • Counseling Must Be Carried Out In A Reliable Manner. Diagnosis Includes: 1. Conducting An Individual Diagnosis For A Total Of 84 Hours. (Not Less Than 2 Hours For 1 Participant, Hour = 45 Min.) 2. Preparation Of A Participants Diagnosis Sheet Necessary To Create An Individual Reintegration Path Together With Other Specialists. Target Groups: Group I - Disabled People (21 People), At Risk Of Social Exclusion, Living In The Suski District, Using Social Assistance, Group Ii - Household Members Taking Care Of A Person Who Needs Support In Everyday Functioning. (17 People), Living In The Suski District, Benefiting From Social Assistance, Group Iii - Children Of Families Staying In Family And Institutional Foster Care (4 People) Living In The Suski District. The Diagnosis Will Be Carried Out In The Premises Located In The Building Of The District Office At Ul. Kościelna 5B In Sucha Beskidzka Or Another Location Indicated By The Ordering Party.
