The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Often Carries Out Work In Areas Where Blasting Work Has Previously Been Carried Out. This Type Of Charge Has Been Lying Untouched In The Ground For Many Years, And The Quality Of The Charges Is Variable And Unknown. This Poses A Major Safety Problem When The Contractors Dig And Drill In The Areas. When Suspicion Of Residual Explosives Is Discovered, It Is Important That A Search For Residual Explosives Is Carried Out Quickly And Safely. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Contractor) Therefore Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One (1) Supplier For The Hire Of An Explosive Detection Dog To Search For Explosives.
