The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Ensure Safe And Convenient Access To Equipment Both From The Outside And From The Inside (Working In A Closed Space), To Metal Structures And Building Facades For Installation, Construction And Repair Work In The Scope And Conditions Specified In The Basic Procurement Documents. Framework Contracts Are Concluded With Up To Three (3) Bidders Who Have Made The Lowest Bid That Meets The Conditions For The Use Of The Scaffolding Rental Service.
