To Cope With The Significant Increase In Electricity Demand In The Territory Of Mayotte, Edm Is Planning The Construction Of An Extension Of The Edm Longoni Thermal Power Plant. The Contract Concerns The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of An Electricity Production Plant, The Maintenance Of Main Equipment, Associated Training As Well As The Supply And Delivery Of Spare Parts (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project). The Project Consists Of Creating An Electricity Production Plant Based On A Semi-Rapid Engine (With An Installed Capacity In A Firm Phase Of Approximately 18 Mw And An Installed Capacity Of Approximately 54 Mw Including All Optional Tranches) That Can Operate With Several Fuels (Bioliquids And Diesel), To Be Distributed Over An Engine With A Unit Power Of Between 16 Mw And 20 Mw. Candidates Must Guarantee The Power Of The Net Electricity Production Plant Leaving The Site And Under Site Conditions. The Main Maintenance Of The Group(S) And Common Installations Would Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of The First Cycle Of 40,000 Hours Of Operation And/Or A Duration Of 5 Years. The Consistency And Duration Of Maintenance Services Is Within The Scope Of Negotiation. The Installations Will Comply With The Regulations In Force, Particularly In The Areas Of Atmospheric Pollutant Emissions Or Liquid Discharges And Noise.
