Interventions In The Subsoil Must Be Monitored And Measured Due To Suspicion Of Explosive Weapons On The Property. Due To The Limited Space On The Construction Site, The Resulting Excavated Material Must Be Temporarily Stored In A Suitable Sampling Area To Be Provided By The Contractor And Then Disposed Of. The Construction Time For The Site Clearing Trade Is Approx. 11 Weeks.
