The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract For Services Is To Ensure The Performance Of Technical Supervision Activities Of The Builder In The Sense Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, Including The Performance Of The Activities Of The Health And Safety Coordinator For The Zevo Vráto Construction, During The Construction Implementation Phase. The Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Contained In Detail In The Tender Documentation.
