The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of The Contractor For The Project Of Production Of Heat And Electricity From Renewable Sources - Biomasa (Hereinafter: The Project Biomasa), Which Operates Within The Public Company Energetika Ljubljana D.O.O., Verovškova Ulica 62, 1000 Ljubljana, Unit Te-Tol, Toplarniška Ulica 19, 1000 Ljubljana, According To The Epc (Engineering, Procurement, Construction - Turnkey) Principle. The Selected Business Entity Will Be Responsible For The Entire Project Cycle, Including The Following Activities: 1. Engineering, Management Of All Works, Audit, Control And Design Of The Entire Project (Pzi, Pid, Dzo And All Preparatory And Implementation Documentation). 2. Preparation Of All Technical, Safety And Legislative Documentation Necessary For The Implementation And Legalization Of The Project. 3. Preparation Of The Construction Site And Disposal Areas. 4. Complete Dismantling And Removal Of The Existing Boiler Equipment Of Block 1 (Except For The Steel Structure Of The Boiler). 5. Complete Dismantling And Removal Of The Existing Electrical Equipment Of Block 1. 6. Complete Dismantling And Removal Of The Existing Turbine Equipment. 7. Supply And Installation Of All New Biomass Boiler Equipment (Thermal Power 90 Mwt ± 2 Mwt) With Feed Pumps, Bag Filter And Ash Removal System), Turbine Equipment (Back Pressure Steam Turbine) With Generator, District Heating Heater (Dh1 And Dh2) And Associated Condensation And Circulation Pump And Associated Other Systems And Subsystems Of The Turbine Plant, Including (But Not Limited To) The New Block Transformers, Self-Use Transformers And Auxiliary Transformers, A New 110 Kv Connection Of The New Block Transformer With The Existing 110 Kv Gis Plant And Reconstruction Of The Existing Machine Room Of The Main Propulsion Facility (Gpo). 8. Supply And Installation Of Pipe Connections And Devices Such As High-Pressure, Medium-Pressure And Start-Up Or Bypass Reducing Station And Pipe Connections Between The Old And New System Equipped With Automatic Drains. Supply And Installation Of The Cooling System, Including A New Cooling Water Pump From The Ljubljanica River. 9. Supply And Installation Of A New Regeneration Heater For Return Condensate And All Other Safety And Regulatory Equipment For The Smooth Operation Of The New Biomass Unit. 10. Supply And Installation Of Exhaust Pipelines, Valves, Silencers For Steam Blowing And Cleaning, Flushing Of Pipelines And Equipment (If Necessary) And Storage, Emptying, Removal Of Waste Water And Other Liquids. 11. Initial Filling Of Hydraulic And Lubrication Systems And Chemical Reagents. 12. Preparation Of The Existing Foundation And Turbine Table For The Installation Of A New Back Pressure Steam Turbine With A Generator And Two District Heating Heaters. 13. Construction Of A Facility For The Reception And Storage Of Biomass By Upgrading The Existing Fuel Transport System. 14. Connection Of Buildings And Devices To The Existing Technological, Communal And Transport Infrastructure. 15. Implementation Of System Regulation And Management And Integration Into The Existing Te-Tol Management, Protection, Control And Measurement System. 16
