Tenders Are Invited For Cultural Center Construction Site Clearance

As Part Of The Construction Site Clearance In Question, The Construction Site Must Be Cleared Of Artificial Filling (Area Approx. 3,000 Sqm, Excavation Depth Between Approx. 1.1 - 1.7 M, Excavation Quantity Approx. 4,500 M3) And A Retaining Wall (Approx. 60 M3) With A Double-Bar Fence And An Old Existing Wall (Approx. 50 M3) Made Of Concrete Must Be Dismantled. Interventions In The Subsoil Must Be Monitored And Measured Due To Suspicion Of Explosive Weapons On The Property. Due To The Limited Space On The Construction Site, The Resulting Excavated Material Must Be Temporarily Stored In A Suitable Sampling Area To Be Provided By The Contractor And Then Disposed Of. The Construction Time For The Site Clearing Trade Is Approx. 11 Weeks.
