The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Mineral Fertilizers, In The Following Estimated Quantity, Namely: Ammonium Nitrate – 18 (Eighteen) Tons Np 20:20 13/14 - 7 (Seven) Tons Deliveries Are Made According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Party, The Applied Technical Specifications And The Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Should Ensure: High-Quality And Timely Transportation Of The Goods To The Address Specified By The Contracting Party; Accompanying Documents On The Origin, Quality, Conformity And Registration Of The Products, According To The Current Legislation (Regulation No. 3/2017 On Fertilizers And The Plant Protection Act For Prp); Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements During Transportation. Note: In Case The Subject Of Delivery Falls Under The Scope Of The List Of Goods With A High Fiscal Risk, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Requirements Of Art. 127I Of The Dopc, Including The Provision Of A Unique Transport Number (Unp) Upon Preliminary Declaration Of The Goods, According To Order No. Zmf-237/31.03.2025 Of The Minister Of Finance.
