Separate Position No. 3 Supply Of Drinking Water And Removal And Purification Of Waste Water For The Needs Of Real Estates Provided For Management By Mu-Plovdiv In The Village Of Velika, Municipality Of Tsarevo, Region Burgas With An Estimated Amount Of 1950 M3. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Implementation Under Op No. 2 And Op No. 3 In The Order Of Their Individual Value - Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Separation Of These Separate Positions Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions, According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.
