Refuse And Waste Related Services – Delegating The Management, Through Public Procurement Of Services, Of The Activities Of Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Municipal Waste In Sighetu Marmației Municipality, Maramureș County. The Contract To Be Awarded Has As Its Object The Provision By The Delegated Economic Operator Of The Following Activities That Are Components Of The Public Sanitation Service Of Localities: - Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions; - Transportation Of Residual Waste Resulting From Sorting/Treatment To Landfills And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities. The Specifications Present The Minimum Technical And Qualitative Aspects That Will Have To Be Taken Into Account During The Performance Of The Delegation Contract. Offers That Will Not Fully Comply With The Minimum Requirements According To The Award Documentation Will Be Considered Non-Compliant And Rejected According To The Provisions Of Art. 215 Para. (5) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement And Art. 137 Para. (1) And (3) Of H.G. No. 395/2016. The Delegation Procedure Through Public Procurement Will Be Completed By Concluding A Single Delegation Contract, With The Possibility Of Extension According To The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement. The Delegation Of The Component Activities Of The Public Sanitation Service That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Is Done For A Period Of 5 Years, Or Until The Date Of Operationalization In Sighetu Marmației Municipality Of The Maramureș Integrated Waste Management System, Which Is Being Implemented Within The Intercommunity Development Association For The Integrated Management Of Household Waste In Maramureș County.
