Through These Tender Rules, Fidae Seeks To Contract The Audiovisual Production Service That Provides, Installs And Operates Audiovisual Equipment, Is Responsible For Simultaneous Interpretation, In Addition To The Digital Streaming Services And Transmission Of Virtual Webinar Meetings Of The Events To Be Held In The Twenty-Fourth Version Of The International Air And Space Fair, To Be Held From April 7 To 12, 2026. The Requested Equipment Will Consider Indoor And Outdoor Led Screens, Podiums With Led Screens, Informative Led Totems, Pedestal Televisions, Amplification, Microphones, Interpretation Booths, Interpreters, Interpretation Receivers, Stage Perimeter Lighting, Music, Among Others. It Is Worth Mentioning That Every Required Element Must Consider Its Corresponding Self-Supporting Structure, Varying In Truss, Pedestal Or Other As Appropriate To The Matter. In The Case Of Screens, The Self-Supporting Structure Must Maintain The Screens At A Minimum Height Of One Meter Above The Surface, In Order To Optimize Visibility For The Public And Prevent Damage To The Equipment; In The Case Of Outdoor Screens, They Must Be Resistant To Winds Exceeding 20 Knots And Direct Exposure To The Sun With Temperatures Above 30°C, Guaranteeing At All Times Unalterable Visibility And Optimal Readability Of The Projected Content, Even Under Conditions Of Intense Sunlight. In Addition, All Equipment Must Be Mobile, Assembleable And Disassembleable, And Programmable, So That They Can Be Transported And Used In Other Fidae Events, As Established In The Programming.
