Project Food Safety Standards and Quality Management for SMEs 2026 Food Safety Standards and Quality Management for SMEs aims to provide small and medium enterprises in the food-related sector the knowledge and skills of regulating food safety and quality management and procedures to secure different kinds of national and international certifications. Conduct outreach campaign to receive target participants and selection Capacity building & GAP Assessment delivery Coaching sessions (technical support) to prepare for the standards request Facilitate access to finance (grant implementation) Bidding Components Step 1: Interested implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code, or the link provided. Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date. The session will provide a detailed description of the implementation to meet the main program objectives. Step 3: Implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within three weeks after the project briefing. Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation. Step 5: Implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee team. Submission Requirements Required Documents Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Food Safety Standards and Quality Management for SMEs 2026.
