Tenders are invited for Project for Khmer Enterprise Awards Competition 2026 Startup Awards and SMEs Awards Bidding Components Step1 : Interested agencies/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agencys Name] Expression of Interest in Khmer Enterprise Awards Competition 2026: Startup Awards or SMEs Awards competition. Step2 : KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date Step 3 : Agencies/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing. Step 4 : KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan. Step 5 : Awarding agencies/partners to be informed after the evaluation. Submission Requirements Required Documents Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Khmer Enterprise Awards Competition 2026: Startup Awards or SMEs Awards competitions. The required documents include: Company Profile Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities) Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines Samples of previous projects The expected result of the program 1. Submission Requirements Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the project bidding for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise via Khmer Enterprise Awards Competition 2026: Startup Awards and Khmer Enterprise Awards Competition 2026: SME Awards no later than 02 February 2026 at 5:00pm.
