The Municipality Would Like A Contract With Up To Three Tenderers. The Contracts Shall Cover The Municipal Directors Need For Assistance With Internal Control, Including Analyses, Evaluations, Event Reviews, Inspection Assignments And Fact-Findings In Notification Cases. The Municipality Has A Separate Contract With An External Supplier For Follow-Up And Control In Public Contracts, Including Inspections Of Wages And Working Conditions Etc. On Selected Contracts/Projects. This Is Therefore Not Included In This Procurement. The Objective Of The Procurement Is To Contribute To Drammen Municipality ́S Systems For Management, Risk And Compliance (Grc). Tenderers Shall Assist The Municipal Director With Ensuring Complete Management And Correct Development Quality And Efficiency In The Services Compliance With The Laws And Rules, And Good Reputation The Service Provider Shall Carry Out Independent Individual Assignments After Call-Offs On The Contract. Assignments Under The Framework Agreement Can Involve Access To Confidential Information. Based On This, The Tenderer Must Sign A Confidentiality Statement.
