Construction Work – Restoration Of The Water Reservoir In The Siedem Źródeł Forest District - Preparation Of Complete Documentation, Obtaining The Required Consents And Carrying Out Construction Works.. Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Former Water Reservoir, Which, Due To Works Carried Out In The Past (Dredging), Was Cut Off From The Existing Reservoir By An Overburden, Which Creates A Dike Cutting Off The Current Reservoir From The Remaining, Former Part Of The Reservoir. As A Result, A Water Reservoir Was Created (Currently In Use) And The Remains Of The Cut Off Part Of The Reservoir, Which Is Now Subject To Succession. The Unused Part Of The Reservoir Is The Subject Of A Project That Will Result In The Creation Of A Second Water Reservoir In A Place That Is Currently Cut Off From The Existing Reservoir By A Dike. The Works Will Consist In Deepening The Area And Supplying Power From A Forest Ditch Running Next To It In Order To Create A Reservoir With Stagnant Water. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Design Works (Pre-Design Works, Preparation Of Construction And Executive Design, Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities) Along With Obtaining By The Contractor The Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works). • Performing Authors Supervision. • Services Accompanying Design And Construction Works. • Construction, Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Issued Administrative Acts, Of A Complete Building That Meets The Requirements Described In The Functional And Utility Program And The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Necessary Formal, Legal And Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: • Land Development Design • Architectural And Construction Design • Technical Design • Bioz Information • Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate • Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst) • Map With The Location Of The Facility In The 1992 Coordinate System With The Extension *.Xml Or *.Shp In Order To Place The Facility In The Forest Numerical Map • Other Studies Resulting From The Necessity Obtaining All Consents And Permits • Obtaining A Set Of Legally Required Designs, Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Final And Valid Decision On A Building Permit In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. In The Design Documentation, Proper Names Of Materials And Devices Should Not Be Used In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 Pzp, Only The Expected Minimum Quality Parameters And The Required Standard And Appearance Should Be Specified. Construction Works Should Be Described In The Order In Accordance With The Technology Of Their Implementation And Grouped According To The Types Of Works.
