General And Specific Objectives Of The Project The Project Is Aimed At Upgrading The Information System For Waste, Bringing It Into Line With The Current Regulations And Increasing Its Efficiency When Working With It, As Well As In Connection With Recommendations Received As A Result Of An Inspection By The European Commission Regarding The Own Resource Based On Non-Recycled Plastic Packaging Waste. The Achievement Of The General Goal Will Be Realized Through The Following Specific Goals, Corresponding To The Planned Activities Of The Project: Design, Development And Implementation Of A New Version Of The Niso, In Which The New Requirements And Changes In The Normative Base Will Be Taken Into Account; Design, Development And Implementation Of A New Version Of Niso To Work In A Modernized Technological Environment, Including With An Updated Dbms: O Oracle Database Enterprise Edition; O Enterprise Edition Options: Partitioning; O Database Enterprise Management: Diagnostics Pack; O Database Enterprise Management: Tuning Pack, Redesign And Optimization Of The Database Structure Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The New Technological Environment; Automation Of Work Processes; Extension Of Automated Data Processing; Data Correlation And References; Implementation Of The Recommendations As A Result Of A Check Carried Out By The European Commission Regarding The Own Resource Based On Non-Recycled Plastic Packaging Waste, Such As: Automatic Check Of The Permitted Amount In The Relevant Waste Activity Document And The Declared Amount In The Relevant Annual Report; Automatic Verification Of The Declared Quantities In The Different Sections Of The Same Annual Report, Etc.
