The Client Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Partial Contracts, As It Is Estimated That More Favorable Prices Can Be Obtained With A Combined Agreement. In Addition, It Is Considered That, In Terms Of Quality And Coherence, It Is Most Appropriate With One Overall Framework Agreement.
