Software Package And Information Systems – Software And Hardware Solution For Warehouse Management And Tool Traceability. The Logistics Department Of The Technicentre Sud Est Européen (Tsee) Manages A Tool Store Which Supplies 600 Technicians With Parts And Tools Necessary For Tgv Maintenance. Currently, Stock And Flow Management Is Ensured By Internal Software Called Gmo (Tool Store Management). This System Allows Tsee Agents To Place Orders For Tools Or Ppe Via A Web Interface. Requests Are Then Validated By Their Supervisors Before Being Processed By The Tool Store Team, Who Prepares The Orders And Notifies Agents When They Are Ready. Technicians Can Collect Their Orders Or Have Them Delivered Directly. The Store Currently Manages 1,700 References, Including Tools, Ppe, Computer Equipment And Small Consumables. However, Gmo Is Not Integrated With Our Erp (Oracle Peoplesoft), Which Causes Many Problems: • Lack Of Data Synchronization Between The Two Systems. • Difficulty Monitoring Stock Levels And Their Financial Valuation In Real Time. • Lack Of Traceability Of Incoming And Outgoing Flows In The Store. • Impossibility For The Financial Department To Know Precisely The Status Of Stocks. In Order To Overcome These Limitations, The Tsee Wishes To Acquire A Traceability Management And Warehouse Management Solution. This Solution Must Be Interconnected With The Existing Sncf Is (Erp People Soft) And Include Hardware Tools To Equip The Stores Logistics Technicians. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Application, An Essential Requirement Concerns Its Interoperability With The Oracle Peoplesoft Erp, Used As A Central Management System Within The Sncf Entity. The Tool Must Be Designed To Interface Smoothly And Securely With This Erp, In Order To Ensure Data Consistency And Automation Of Business Processes. The Solution Sought Must Allow: • Management Of Goods Receipts, • Inventory Management, • Automatic Orders, • Order Preparation, • Kpi And Reporting. The Services To Be Covered Are: • Build / Configuration Of The Saas Solution, • Run (Mco), • Hosting.
