The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Four-Day Study Visit For Members Of The Provincial Coordination Team (Hereinafter Referred To As Wzk) In Lille - France (For A Maximum Of 40 People). The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Study Visit Program; 2) Providing Transport For A Maximum Of 40 People, Including Plane And Bus, Including Lunch In Both Directions; 3) Accommodation In A Four-Star Hotel With Meals; 4) Providing Translation Services During The Study Visit; 5) Providing A Coordinator And Guide For The Study Visit; 6) Organizing Meetings For Participants Of The Study Visit: With Representatives Of The Nord Department (For Which Lille Is The Seat), Understood As A Local Government Unit (Hereinafter: Representatives Of Local Government Units), Visits To A Vocational School, Visits To An Enterprise In One Of The Professional Industries Particularly Important For The Łódź Region; 7) Insurance For Study Visit Participants; 8) Other Activities Necessary To Effectively Conduct The Comprehensive Organization Of The Study Visit. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 12 To The Swz).
