Cyber Threat Monitoring And Control Services (Hereinafter - Services) Are Purchased. The Provision Of Services Includes: 1. Collection And Aggregation Of Log Records Of It Platforms, Information Systems, Monitoring Systems, Network Flows And Other Sources (Hereinafter - Data Collection) And Configuration Of Software Used For Data Collection. 2. Analysis Of Data Collected During Data Collection, Including Detailed Data Analysis To Spot Anomalies And Identify It Security Events And Configuration Of Software Required For Cyber Security Analysis. 3. Security Incident Management, Which Includes Categorization Of Identified It Security Events, Informing The Contracting Authority, Technical Assistance During The Resolution Of The Security Incident. 4. Reporting And Presentation, Which Includes The Preparation Of Historical And Real-Time Event Reports. Service Provision Reports Must Be Prepared In Lithuanian, Technical Reports Can Be Submitted In English. Reports Are Available In Digital Format. Service Delivery Mode: Automatic Information Collection Mode (24/7), Analytical Information Delivery Mode - On Working Days, During Working Hours (Monday To Friday From 08:00 To 17:00, Friday From 08:00 To 16:00). For Regular Software And/Or Hardware Preventive Works, A Preventive Window Is Compatible During The Standard Service Delivery Time. The Supplier Provides All The Software And Licenses Necessary For The Provision Of Services, Provides All The Hardware Necessary For The Provision Of Services, Ensures The Timely Installation Of Patches For Security Vulnerabilities Of The Software And Hardware And Its Components, If Necessary, Provides Evidence Of Updating To The Procuring Organization. The Supplier Must Organize Free Of Charge At Least 8 Hours. Distance Training To Persons Specified By The Procuring Organization And To Provide Training Materials Or Other Documentation Related To The Services Provided. For The Provision Of Services, The Supplier Must Have Specialists Who Meet The Qualification Requirements, Ensuring Their Interchangeability. The Object Of Purchase Must Not Pose A Threat To National Security. The Procuring Organization Considers That The Goods And Services Pose A Threat To National Security, When The Supplier Who Submitted The Offer, Its Sub-Supplier, Or Economic Entities Whose Capabilities Are Relied On, Or The Persons Controlling Them Are Legal Or Natural Persons Registered Or Permanently Resident In The Vpp Article 92. On The 14Th In The States Or Territories Indicated In The Provided List Or Having The Citizenship Of These States, Or The Producers Of The Goods Offered By Them (Including Their Components, Software) Or The Persons Controlling Them Are Registered In Article 92 Of The Civil Code.
