The Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Services Governed By The Ccag – Intellectual Services (Ip) Approved By The Decree Of March 30, 2021 Approving The Specifications Of General Administrative Clauses Applicable To Public Contracts For Intellectual Services. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement Which Is Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders With No Minimum And A Maximum Of €800,000 Excluding Tax, Or €400,000 Excluding Tax Per Market Period (Two Years). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of Two (2) Years From The Date Of Its Notification. It Is Tacitly Renewable Once For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Duration Of This Framework Agreement Cannot Therefore Exceed Four (4) Years.
