The Environment Set Up Is Expanded With Applications That Support Collaboration And Process Automation. This Includes Work Processes That Process And Supplement Data From Primary Sources, For Example Through Automated Approval Flows, Document Flows Or Integrations With Existing Systems. Examples Of This Are Applying For Social Or Housing Allowances, Reporting Absences, Assessing Internships And Managing Portfolios. This Can Be Done Via Flows Within Sharepoint And Powerapps/Powerautomate Solutions. This Phase Requires Architectural And Infrastructural Changes In The Current It Landscape. This Phase Will Proceed On A Project Basis.
