Parts Of Railway Or Tramway Locomotives Or Rolling Stock; Railways Traffic-Control Equipment – Upgrade Schienenprofilerkennungssystem Em250. A Track Width Measuring System (“Ogms” For Short, “Optical Gage Measurement System”) From The Manufacturer Plasser American Corporation, A Track Geometry Measuring System As Well As An Orian Rail Profile Measuring System From The Company Kld And A Rail Surface Measuring System Are Currently Installed On The Em250 Superstructure Measuring Car. The Current Ogms Has Been In Use On The Ags Measuring Vehicles, Including The Em250 Superstructure Measuring Vehicle In Question, For Over 20 Years. This Ogms Is Deeply Anchored In The Existing Measurement Landscape Of The Em250 Upper Tree Measuring Vehicle And Has Countless Interfaces To Other Sub-Measuring Systems And To The Central Computer Of The Em250 Upper Tree Measuring Vehicle. However, The Currently Installed Ogms System No Longer Meets Todays Requirements And International And National Standards (En 13848 And Rw 06.01.01) With Regard To Track Width Measurement And The Manufacturer Of The Ogms System No Longer Offers Any Service Or Spare Parts Guarantee. In Order To Continue To Carry Out The Required Measurements According To Rw 06.01.01, An Alternative/New System Is Required. The Existing Ogms System Is No Longer Serviced By The Manufacturer. Accordingly, The Existing Rail Profile Measuring System Should Be Upgraded. After This Upgrade, The System Can Also Measure The Track Width And Even Record The Rail Profiles In Accordance With En13848 At A Higher Level Of Sampling. The Procurement Should Include The Upgrade Of The Existing Rail Profile Measuring System, The Delivery, The Software Integration And The Mechanical Installation Of The System. The Main Requirement For The System Is To Cover The Clients Measurement Needs In Accordance With En13848 (Perfectly And Without Restrictions), A Seamless And Problem-Free Execution Of Measurement Runs Of The Em250 Superstructure Measuring Car (In Particular The Recording Of The Track Width, Rail Profiles And Data Transfer For The Track Geometry), As Well As The Determination And Recording Of The Parameters Of The Track Width And Track Position Geometry In Accordance With En13848 And Rail Wear Profiles At Least Every 25 Cm At Speeds Up To At Least 230 Km/H. The Upgrade Should Not Require Any Static Or Mechanical Changes To The Measuring Frame. The Em250 Superstructure Measuring Vehicle And The Systems Installed And In Use In It (And Therefore Also The New System To Be Procured) Are Critical Infrastructures That Require Very High Availability (At Least 150 Days Of Use, Approx. 50 Test Days And Approx. 90 Days For Vehicle Service Per Calendar Year), Because There Are No Replacement Vehicles Available To The Client. There Are Therefore Requirements For Complete And Comprehensive (I.E. Without Any Restrictions) Usability And Compatibility Of The New System With The Other Systems Installed And In Use In The Em 250 (In Particular The Existing Measuring Frame, The Data Format Used (Measurement Data File) And The Central Computer From The Manufacturer Plasser & Theurer) With Its Installation And
