A Research Set Consisting Of Nmr Spectrometers And A Common Data Archiving System; Providing An Operating Manual For The Subject Of The Contract In Paper Or Electronic Version In Polish Or English. As Part Of Proper Performance (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Connect And Launch The Subject Of The Order, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Together With Performance Control And Implementation, Training In Operation And Providing Service And Technical Support, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement. The Ordering Party Requires That The Assembly, Connection And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With Performance Control And Implementation, As Well As Training In The Field Of Operation, Service And Technical Support, Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Work In This Area. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Item Of The Order (In Particular, Not Repaired, Not Refabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete And Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement.
