The Municipality Aims To Reach An Agreement With One (1) Contractor For A Contact Center Solution On The Basis Of This European Public Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012. The Municipality Intends To Conclude An Agreement For A Period Of Three (3) Years With The Option To Extend It Ten (10) Times By One (1) Year.
