Casino Operating Services – Public Service Concession Contract Relating To The Operation Of The Municipal Casino Of Saint-Jean-De-Luz. Public Service Concession Contract Relating To The Operation Of The Municipal Casino Of Saint-Jean-De-Luz Concession Contract Relating To The Operation Of The Casino Of Saint-Jean-De-Luz, In Accordance With Article L.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Territorial Communities And The Amended Decree Of May 14, 2007 Relating To The Regulation Of Games In Casinos. The Scope Of The Concession Is Limited To The Three Sectors Of Activity Defined In Article 1 Of The Decree Of May 14, 2007 Regulating Games In Casinos (Games Of Chance, Entertainment And Catering). The Services Entrusted To The Concessionaire Include: • Management Of Games, Catering And Entertainment; • The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Operate The Work And Its Installations In Accordance With The Regulations In Force During The Duration Of The Contract; • The Obligation For The Concessionaire: To Open The Installations, To Ensure The Safekeeping Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, To Ensure The Surveillance Of The Installations Under Its Responsibility, To Ensure The Proper Maintenance Of The Works, Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Casino (Games, Entertainment, Catering), The Supply Of Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Casino; • The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Contribute To Tourism Development And The Cultural And Artistic Entertainment Of The City; • The Obligation For The Concessionaire To Organize Attractive Entertainment For The Casino By Organizing Shows, Concerts, Events, Etc.; • The Right For The Concessionaire To Collect From Users The Remuneration Provided For By Its Activity, Subject To The Payment Of Royalties And The Deduction From The Gross Proceeds Of Games Paid To The Municipality; • Carrying Out Work On The Building, Including Work Usually The Responsibility Of The Owner Within The Meaning Of Article 606 Of The Civil Code.
