Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Framework Agreement Regarding The Tourist Survey 2026-2029. Visitdenmark Wants To Conduct Interviews With Foreign And Danish Tourists Who Spend The Night In Denmark. The Client Will Use The Collected Data For Calculations Of The Economic Importance Of Tourism At A Regional Level And For The Subsequent Preparation Of Economic And Marketing Analyzes And Reports. The Tendered Procurement Is Thus A Framework Agreement Regarding The Collection Of Data On Foreign And Danish Tourists Consumption, Behavior And Preferences During Their Stay In Denmark. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 4 Years, And It Is Expected That Interview Collection Will Be Carried Out In 2026, 2027, 2028 And 2029. The Scope Of The Collection Is Expected To Vary From Year To Year, And An Annual Sub-Agreement Will Therefore Be Entered Into For Each Year During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. Each Partial Agreement Will Specify The Annual Need For Interviews, Which Will Always Be In Accordance With The Requirements Specification As Well As The Remaining Tender Material. Interviews Must Be Conducted Among Tourists Who Stay Overnight At Campsites, Holiday Centres, Rented Holiday Homes, Hotels, Hostels And Marinas, Cf. Section 1.3 Of The Requirements Specification (Appendix 3). Questionnaires Prepared By The Ordering Party Are Used.
