Due To The Implementation Of The Investment On An Activating Facility, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure The Safety Of People Staying On The Premises Of The Educational Facility, B) Perform Renovation Works That Generate Noise And Make It Impossible To Conduct Classes, C) Ensure Uninterrupted Supply Of Electricity, Water And The Possibility Of Sewage Disposal, D) Keep Clean The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Facility And Around It, E) The Ordering Party Suggests That The Window Joinery Be Replaced In The Summer. 3) Performance Of Other Construction Works Described In This Swz - In Particular Pfu, Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Obtain The Occupancy Permit By The Ordering Party (If Applicable), 4) Comprehensive Design Study Should Be Performed In The Manner Necessary For Correct, Effective Reporting Of Construction Works / Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit / Conservation Decision (If Necessary) And Then Execution Of Construction Works.
