The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works (Design And Build Formula) For The Investment Called Renovation And Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Routes Together With The Development Of Green Areas In The Vuka Karadzica Passage At Bielska Street (Task A2). The Planned Investment Involves The Design And Construction Of Rainwater Management Facilities Within Part Of The A Catchment Area In The City Of Płock By Using Elements Of Green And Blue Infrastructure. These Are Solutions Based Primarily On Nature, Combined With The Development Of Urban Areas. The Main Role Is Played By Green Areas With Rain Gardens, Retention Beds, As Well As Numerous Unsealing Of Existing Surfaces, Increasing Infiltration Into The Ground While Reducing Outflow To The Sewage System. Apart From Purely Technical Applications, The Proposed Solutions Have An Aesthetic Function And Support Biodiversity. The Project Covers The Following Scope: Scope I - Preparation Of Design Documentation. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Obtaining All Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Deviations And Obtaining The Appropriate Consent/Consents Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Allowing The Performance Of Construction Works, I.E. A Building Permit, Effective Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Construction Or Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, Depending On What Is Appropriate, And If Necessary Or Necessary, Obtaining More Than One Such Consent For Construction Works Related To The Development Of Green Areas In The Vuka Passage Karadzica At Ul. Bielska. Scope Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For Investments Resulting From Scope I And Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Prepared In Accordance With The Template/Guidelines Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Agreement, Together With An As-Built Geodetic Inventory. Scope Iii - Authors Supervision. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement And As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In §13 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation - In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Agreement.
