1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Street Furniture For The Nursery At Partyzonów Street In Ostrów Mazowiecka2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Leveling/Raising The Area - Reference To The Elevations Of The Land On The Developed Part Of The Plot In Question (Behind The System Fence); 2) Construction Of An Epdm Surface (In The Safety Zones Of Playground Equipment); 3) Construction Of A Surface With Hypertrophic Mats (Biologically Active Area); 4) Installation Of Playground Equipment, Lighting And Small Architecture Elements; 5) Installation Of A Gate In The Existing System Fence; 6) Construction Of A System Fence.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Is Specified In The Attached Documentation. 4. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Check The Attached Documentation And Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, As Well As Obtain, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order. The Costs Of Inspecting The Construction Site Are Borne By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Acknowledges That The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Covered By Financing. Untimely Or Improper Execution Of The Order Or Its Non-Performance May Expose The Ordering Party To The Loss Of Funding. If, As A Result Of The Contractors Culpable Actions Or Omissions, And In Particular Delays In The Execution Of The Order, Failure To Fulfill The Order Or Improper Performance Of The Order, The Co-Financing Is Not Granted, Is Withdrawn Or Lost, The Contractor, Regardless Of The Penalties Stipulated In The Contract, Will Pay The Ordering Party Compensation In An Amount Equal To The Value Of The Lost Co-Financing Plus Any Interest Arising From The Co-Financing Agreement.6. All Works Under The Contract Should Be Performed Under The Supervision Of Work Managers Of Individual Industries And The Investors Supervision Inspector Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Presence Of At Least The Construction Manager On Each Day When Construction Works Will Be Carried Out.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Applicable Regulations. Any Works Near Existing Underground Utilities Should Be Performed Manually With Particular Care And Under The Supervision Of The Owner Of The Equipment.9. Earthworks Near Geodetic Control Network Points Should Be Carried Out With Particular Caution Without Disturbing Them. In The Event Of Damage Or Destruction Of Points, The Contractor Will Be Charged With The Costs Of Their Replacement.10. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of Waste And Materials Obtained During The Work At Its Own Expense.
