12.1. Main Subject. The Subject Of The Construction Project In The Design And Build Formula Is The Municipal Road No. 111509R Makowisko - Olchowa.12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Arrangements/Decision (Together Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz) Constitute The Basis For Preparing The Contractors Price Offer For The Implementation Of The Task Including: A) Developing Design Documentation (Technical, Executive) Together With All Legally Required Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting A Report On The Execution Of Works Construction, B) Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Value Of Remuneration For Design Documentation May Not Exceed 10% Of The Value Of Construction Works. When Implementing The Contract, The Horizontal Principles Specified In Art. 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, In Particular The Principles Of: - Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, - Equality Between Women And Men, - Sustainable Development, - Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Principles And Regulations Of Environmental Protection And Labor Law.12.3. The Requirements (Duties, Tasks, Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In The Supplementary Scope (I.E. Not Regulated In This Swz And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz).
