The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Wood Fuel - Pellets Meeting The Parameters Of The Quality Standard Din Plus Or Equivalent, Together With Loading, Transport Using A Car Adapted To Transport Pellets And Unloading Of Pellets Directly To External Storage Hoppers, Dimensions Of Hoppers 2 M -2.9 M, For The Heating Needs Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Świdnica In The Sports And Recreation Center In Świdnica. Witoszów Dolne In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 500 Tons, In The Period Until March 31, 2027. The Supplier Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party For Ordering A Smaller Amount Of Pellets By The Ordering Party. 2. Organizational Arrangements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor. 2) The Supplied Wood Pellets Must Meet The Din Plus Quality Standard (Meet The Quality Requirements Of The European Standard En Iso17225) Or Equivalent (In Accordance With Article 105 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Quality Of The Supplied Pellets During The Contract Period. The Pellet Must Have The Following Parameters: • Calorific Value Not Lower Than 18,000 Kj/Kg, • Humidity Not More Than 10%, • Ash Content Not More Than 0.7%, • Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.03%, • Bulk Density Not Less Than 600 Kg/M³, • Length From 10 Mm To 40 Mm, • Diameter From 6 Mm To 8Mm.
