The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For Equipment (Yeti Innova Robot With Adjunct Xl100 And Wall B Robot Integrated Through The Bbms System) And Biobank Software Along With Its Regular Calibration, Continuous Registration And Remote Control Of Environmental Parameters Of The Equipment Operation Within The Bbms System (Biobank Management System) Owned By The Ordering Party - Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Parameter Table And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template.2. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Carefully Read The Content Of All Documents Constituting The Tender Documentation, Which Should Be Read Together With Any Modifications And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Proceedings.3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
