Turquoise, Including The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road, Hardening Of The Parking Lot With Concrete Blocks At The Intersection Of District Roads 4903 E And 4904 E Next To The Church Of St. Katarzyna In Korczew (On Plot No. 101904_2.0010.119/1, Korczew District), Ownership: Zduńskowolski County) And Correction Of The Geometry Of The Intersection Of County Road No. 4904 E With Ul. Szmaragdowa And Obtaining All Permits And Arrangements Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Project. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Design Concept For Road Expansion (1 Copy); 2) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design, Including: - Land Development Design (5 Copies), - Architectural And Construction Design (5 Copies), - Technical/Executive Design (3 Copies); B) Subject Of The Works (2 Copies); 3) Investors Cost Estimate (2 Copies); 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) (3 Copies);5) Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction (3 Copies); 6) Design Of The Target Traffic Organization (3 Copies); 7) Obtaining The Necessary Declarations, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Together With Obtaining A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or Obtaining A Declaration On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection From The Competent Architectural Authority In The Event Of Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works And Providing The Ordering Party With Copies Of Certified True Copies Of The Statements, Applications For Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements With Attachments And Copies Of Correspondence With The Authorities Issuing The Above-Mentioned Documents. Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form In 1 Copy. 8) Submitting A Request To The Minister Of Digitization To Release The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel, And If A Negative Decision Is Obtained, To Include It In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Its Construction.9) Preparation Of An Inventory, Including A Photographic One, Of Existing Exits.4.
