1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive, Continuous Service In The Field Of Graphic Designs For Posir And Organized Events.2. A Detailed List Of Elements Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Along With Their Price List, Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. All Consultations Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract At The Request Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place At The Place And Date Indicated By The Ordering Party, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Meeting Date At Least One Day In Advance. The Ordering Party Also Allows For The Possibility Of Organizing Consultations With The Contractor Online. The Date And Tool For Communication Will Be Proposed By The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Contact The Ordering Party Personally At Its Registered Office, I.E. Posir, Ul. Spychalskiego 34 In Poznań At Least Once Every 2 Weeks.5. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Close Contact And Arrangements With The Ordering Party Or Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To Swz.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyright To The Completed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Rules Described In The Contract Template.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Zlotys). 9. The Offer Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Offer Form - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Price Form - Appendix No. 3 To The Swz.
