The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Repair, Inspection And Maintenance Of Refrigeration Units, Chilled Water Units, Refrigerators, Refrigerated Counters, Refrigerators, Freezers, Split Air Conditioners, Air Curtains, Included In The Equipment Of The Multi-Specialized Hospital. As Part Of The Maintenance, Inspection And Repair Of Devices, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Relating To Individual Devices In The Scope Of: A) Inspection Of Devices In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Gas Act, B) Carrying Out Maintenance Inspections Of Devices To The Extent Specified In The Operation And Maintenance Manual, Including Checking The Operation Of Mechanisms, Installations And Parts In Terms Of Operational Safety And Assessing Their Technical Condition And Degree Of Wear, C) Maintenance, By Which The Ordering Party Understands Keeping The Devices On The Ordering Partys Equipment In Operation And In Proper Technical Condition, As Well As Keeping Them In Good Condition. Proper Cleanliness Of Individual Elements, I.E. Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Fans, Condensate Tray, Filters, Condensate Drainage System, And Provision Of Consumables Necessary For Their Proper Functioning (I.E.
