The Subject Of The Order Is The Heating Of Buildings (Premises) Of Rural Community Centers Carried Out Through Comprehensive Operational Service Of Solid Fuel Boiler Rooms, Including The Purchase Of Solid Fuel: 1) In Drołtowice, Drołtowice 19F, With A Usable Area Of 221.19 M², 2) In Nowy Dwór, Nowy Dwór 35, With A Usable Area 178.99 M²,3) In Szczodrów, Szczodrów 38, With A Usable Area Of 134.11 M²,4) In Wioska, Wioska 19A, With A Usable Area Of 120.80 M². Heating Of The Above-Mentioned. Rural Community Centers Is Seasonal, I.E. Carried Out In The Period From February To April And From September To December 2026. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of Fuel (Eco-Pea Coal) For The Boiler Room From Own Funds With A Calorific Value Of 25 Mj/Kg, 2) Heating Of Rural Community Centers According To The Needs Previously Reported By The Village Heads, 3) Operation Of The Boiler Room While Maintaining The Rational Use Of Resources, 4) Maintenance And Ensuring Technical Inspections Of The Equipment Located In Boiler Rooms, 5) Keeping The External Surfaces Of Boilers, Auxiliary Devices, Control And Measurement Equipment And The Boiler Room Itself Clean, 6) Compliance With Applicable Work Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 7) Immediate Response To Any Irregularities Reported By The Ordering Party And Their Removal.
