The Project Is Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract And Includes The Demolition Of Existing Buildings, Construction Of New Buildings With A Universal Design, Energy-Efficient Solutions And Complete Technical Installations For Plumbing, Electricity, Automation And Firefighting. The Outdoor Area Is To Be Developed With Playground Equipment, A Car Park, A New Exit And Greenery, As Well As A New Va And Electricity System. Planned Start-Up Is Spring 2026 With Completion In Summer 2027.
