The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor With Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut, Namely Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects And Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings In The City Of Breznik, For Which Energy Efficiency Measures Will Be Introduced, By Specific Positions. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 7 (Seven) Separate Positions With A Total Estimated Value Of Eur 46,327.95 Excluding Vat, And Participants Are Entitled To Submit Bids Only For Separate Positions From No. 1 To No. 5 Inclusive. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign Separate Items No. 6 And No. 7 In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value, Since The Estimated Value Without Vat Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order And The Value Of The Separate Items Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00. The Amount Of 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Without Vat Is Eur 9,265.59, Which Includes The Estimated Value Of Separate Items No. 6 And No. 7 In The Amount Of Eur 8,440.25 Without Vat. The Individual Estimated Value Of Individual Items No. 6 And No. 7 Falls Within The Value Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code And The Same Will Be Awarded Directly. The Remaining Value Of The Order In The Amount Of Eur 37,887.70 Excluding Vat, Which Is The Total Estimated Value Of Op No. 1, Op No. 2, Op No. 3, Op No. 4 And Op No. 5, Is Awarded In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Public Procurement Act Through A Public Competition.
