The Subject Of The Present Order Is The Selection Of A Consultant To Assess The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Exercise Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site Inspection: Construction Of A Multi-Storey Car Park On The Territory Of The Burgas-East Terminal 1, Port Of Burgas The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Types Of Activities: Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Zut Investment Project, With A Complex Report On The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 Of The Zut, In The Sense Of Art. 142, Para. 5, Para. 6 And Para. 10 Of The Zut, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut, And Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Zut On The Site Construction Of A Multi-Storey Parking Lot On The Territory Of The Burgas-East Terminal 1, Port Of Burgas. The Object Is A Third Category Construction, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter C Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut). With The Execution Of The Order, The Aim Is To Ensure The Lawful Execution Of The Contract For The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site, By Assessing The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Projects And Exercising Construction Supervision During Their Implementation. The Executor (Consultant) Of The Order Will Have Commitments Arising From The Zut And In Accordance With All Other Normative Acts, Regulating The Peculiarities And Obligations In His Activity In View Of The Specifics Of The Activities Performed During The Implementation Of The Project. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specification.
