This Announcement Serves To Conclude A Non-Exclusive Contract To Provide Insured Persons With Bandages In Accordance With Section 31 Of The Social Security Code, Book Five (Sgb V). This Is Not An Open Procedure According To Section 15 Vgv In Conjunction With Section 119 Paragraph 3 Gwb, But Rather A Publication Of The Invitation To Conclude/Join Contracts With Non-Negotiable Conditions Set For All Participants. The Relevant Information Under Point 2.1 Type Of Procedure And Under Point 5.1.12 Condition For Awarding The Contract_Here: Deadline By Which The Offer Must Be Valid Is Only Due To The System Of This Form. Contractual Partners Can Become An Unlimited Number Of Service Providers. The Contract Is Concluded Or Joined By Sending The Required Completed Self-Declarations Or Evidence As Well As The Contract Or Contracts Either: A) Handwritten Signed (Written Form According To § 126 Bgb) By Post Or B) With A Qualified Electronic Signature (§ 126A Bgb) By Email To [email protected] To The Kbs. The Earliest Start Of The Contract Is March 1St, 2026, Provided That The Contract And The Required Declarations Or Evidence Are Received By Kbs By February 28Th, 2026 At The Latest. The Contract Comes Into Force On The First Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Contract, Completed In Accordance With The Formal Requirements, And The Further Declarations/Evidence Required In Annex 5 Are Received By The Kbs, Provided That They Are Received By The Kbs By The Last Day Of Each Month; Otherwise The Contract Comes Into Force On The First Of The Following Month. If The Last Day Of The Month Does Not Fall On A Working Day, Receipt Can Be Made Up To The First Working Day After The Last Day Of The Month. The Contract Ends On February 29, 2028. Otherwise, The Contract Ends Without The Need For Termination If The Kbs Has Selected One Or More Contractual Partners For The Association Funds Through A Formal Procurement Process.
